Their information about the Sportstube product needs to be improved.. There is nothing on their website that explains how the product works? And even after calling them the initial information wasn't clear. Finally the REP gave me a link that at least showed me mostly how the product works. It turned out I needed to watch two videos to get a complete understanding of it.

For this aspect of sporting equipment, transportation and protection, there is nothing I have found that's better than the sports tube. The customer service is phenomenal at the small company so sometimes they get overwhelmed but they absolutely do their best
