upon receiving the new lock, I was unable to open with a new 3 number code, so I called and talked with Paul to explain my problem. The reason I bought the new lock was because I had and old lock that I had lost/forgotten the number. During our talk, I described the old and new locks Paul thought I had mixed the two locks up.I explained that I hadn't, becausemy old lock was still cold from being in my garage. A long story. but the bottom line was that Paul was very understanding and would rush a new lock out to me before my ski trip to Utah next week. And yes , I will send the other two locks back upon my return Mar 22nd. Thanks also to Luisa!
